Dined in around 7:30 pm on monday evening with my boyfriend, we both ate the same thing. Big Mac, Fries, Drink and a Mcflurry for the ride home. Around 2:30 am, he woke up in excruciating pain with diarrhea and nausea, and early morning (sometime between 5am-8am) I woke up with the same symptoms.
