I went to McDonald’s last night (03/01/18) my brother ordered a signature siracha with beef and I got a Big Mac. 3-4 hours later if not sooner I woke up with a severe stomachache and nausea, keep throwing up non stop, my simptoms persists, beware. I will contact them today to notify them.
