在吃了 mcCrispy 后的 2 小时内，我整晚都出现了胃痉挛和疾病。第二天还是感觉不舒服。

My girlfriend has got food poisoning from McDonalds burger she hasnt eaten anything for a few hours and then we go to mcdonalds and she orders a chicken burger and now she cant stop going to the toilet or stop being sick she has a fever also

Went there around 11:30. Ordered a chicken wrap meal, chicken nugget happy meal and a double cheese burger. From 7pm I was violently being sick followed by diarrhoea at 9pm. I have lost count how many times I was up being sick and had the runs. The…
