Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter，我在晚上 9 点 30 分左右起身吃点零食 8-6-23。在 Fresh 白面包上吃了 Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter，大约 12 个小时（8-7-23）后抽筋然后腹泻持续了大约 6-7 个小时。我服用了 3 次抗腹泻药。现在终于放手了。

Avacados. Stomach pain, nausea, almost vomit. Approx 1 hour after eating the avacados. About 4 hours duration. It was my husband and daughter. Rough 6 hours, same onset time and symptoms! Once it passed,they were fine. They both ate the avacados, I did not.....thank goodness!
