Only had lunch last Thursday 5/16/19. Ordered spinach salad with chicken. Six hours later, I starting vomiting along with diarrhea. Vomiting and fever went away after 12 hours of starting. Diarrhea and nausea continue at four days., One person sick, six hours after eating Still sick.
