Ate lunch at Olde Peninsula on Jan 15. Left at about 12:30. At about 1:30-2pm, felt extremely tired. Went home immediately and slept for 3 hours (all very unusual!). Woke up with the strongest head pain I have ever had in my life. Then the diarrhea started…
