9/03/20 Smashed Organic avocado with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning intended to be breakfast on toast .. only had a spoonful to taste test seasoning at 10:48 am. Felt immediately nauseous followed by diarrhea at 11:10 am & vomiting afterwards. Had nothing else to eat since dinner…
