Fairly confident the chicken tenders purchased at 2pm on April 1st were contaminated with staphylococcus aureus. Within 2 hours of the first bite, vomiting, extreme cramping, body aches, and a fever of 101.0 on the money. Nothing else was eaten prior to this lunch.
