Had an Italian BMT with salad 06/04/2018 - felt nauseous afterwards and was later violently sick in the night with high temperature and muscle aches, couldn’t keep any fluids down.

Had salad, an hour later had diahorrea and later on my way home from university I passed out, had to be collected by my partner, and when home was violently sick.
