Ate the tacos and burrito around 3 p.m. By 8: p.m. I was experiencing terrible cramping. Then started the diarrhea and vomiting. Been living on the toilet for the last 4 hours and counting, trying to keep water down. I had nothing else to eat today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
