I got a breakfast biscuit sausage meal. I also got a hash brown a large double double. Within 1 hour I wasn’t feel great, had stomach cramps and nausea. Within 3.5 hours I was throwing up. I didn’t eat anything else before this.

上午10点左右吃了一个带香肠/鸡蛋的早餐三明治。在下午 5 点左右下班回家的路上，我不得不停下来，因为我有严重的疼痛/抽筋。我觉得自己要呕吐了。回家了，痛苦还在继续。我吐了然后得了腹泻。痛苦一直持续到深夜。
