Was the only thing I ate today. Symptoms came about 6 hours later. Diarrhea and major nausea.

I ate spicy chicken Caesar salad full size at 5:15pm and I did not feel sick until 8:30pm that was the only food I ate the whole night. I have been vomiting until 2:30am Tuesday and have fever some dirrahea.
