I ate curry chicken and basmati rice from the hot foods bar with a little fresh peas thrown in. Vomiting and diarrhea resulted a few hours later.

Ate the meatballs, orange chicken and sweet mash. It came back up a couple of hours later and I can’t even remember that last time I vomited prior to this. Will definitely be avoiding eating at whole foods
