I felt fine and then I had a roast beef slider and some jalapeño poppers. In about 2 hours I was violently ill. Vomiting and diarrhea. The person I was with experienced the same symptoms and this was the only food we both ate. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
