I ate a mushroom pizza, after I vomited multiple times, has severe nausea, fever and diarrhea. I was close to going to the hospital, it was honestly scary. One of the worst food poisoning cases I've ever had in my entire life. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
