Had a chicken sandwich for lunch and in a few hours I started having Diarrhea and feeling a bit Nausea. Dinner comes and not hungry feel horrible but just vomited very violently. That was the only food I've had all day. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
