Had a chicken sandwich for lunch and in a few hours I started having Diarrhea and feeling a bit Nausea. Dinner comes and not hungry feel horrible but just vomited very violently. That was the only food I've had all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
