Burger King on the corner of Josey Lane and Hwy-121. Around 10am. I had a double whopper with cheese. Nothing else. I started vomiting around 7pm. I was unable to keep any fluid or liquid down. Fever started shortly after. Diarrhea started about 3 hours after initially vomiting. The date was 6/12/2018. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
