Ate left over Pizza Thursday 10-4-2019 approx 8:00pm that was purchased Monday 9-30-2019 Had stopped at a different Caseys same day at 1835 S Bus, US-65, Hollister, MO 65672 but it was filthy so left and went to the different Caseys.
