Ate left over Pizza Thursday 10-4-2019 approx 8:00pm that was purchased Monday 9-30-2019 Had stopped at a different Caseys same day at 1835 S Bus, US-65, Hollister, MO 65672 but it was filthy so left and went to the different Caseys. Got up in the night first with nausea, boating feeling & vomiting. Then later in night vomiting and diarreah. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
