Ordered Deluxe pizza without meat from @CassanosPizza their executive offices were very rude and dismissive while I was trying to get proper, friendly and fair resolution to being served foreign plastic material in my food. I was made to feel like a inconvenience to them! I was told by Gail customer care rep in their executive offices, that since I wasn't injured that my complaint wasn't serious!!?? I was shocked when she told me this, hung up in my face once insisted that I be spoken to and treated like a valuable customer with a serious issue. I immediately phoned back asking for her supervisor and the receptionist reluctantly forwarded me to another individual just as rude and defensive. He initially did not want to give me his title and gave me the exact treatment his customer care rep Gail gave me. This company does not care about you, your health, or your patronage! take heed!
