I ate the Jalapeno ranch club with the sauce that comes with it on Saturday 5/2 at 5:45PM and woke up feeling really nauseated around 5AM, eventually threw up once and had stomach pains the rest of the day.| 症状: 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 头痛, 恶心
