Ate a chicken breakfast sandwich in the morning. By lunch time I could not bring myself to eat lunch due to lack of appetite, and I experienced nausea throughout the day. Fatigue, nausea, discomfort, and then in the evening repeated vomiting and severe diarrhea. Couldn’t move. The only thing I had eaten all day was the chicken sandwich. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
