2004 North 11th Street West, Muskogee, 74401 Oklahoma, United States
Ate chicken strips and fries there on Dec. 16. Woke up on Dec. 17 at 3am with major nausea. Vomited twice that morning and had diarrhea. I also had chills and aches and laid in bed the whole day. Started coming out of it on Dec 18. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 寒战
