My boyfriend and I both ate the same sandwich and waffle fries from chic fil a. We felt bad immediately after but didn't think too much of it. We are the food around 3:30. At 8 pm I started throwing up and around 4 am I started having diarrhea. I went to the hospital at 5 am. He had the same symptoms at the same time. I started a fever at 4 pm after my release from the hospital and have been having issues since | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
