I ate a chicken salad from chipotle and started to feel bad about an hour afterwards. I threw up that night. The next day I contunied to feel very ill from my stomach and continued to throw up 2 more times throughout the day. I had constant diarrhea as well. By the third day I still was feeling very ill and not able to hold anything down, having constant diarrhea and vomiting. I decided to go to the urgent care and now I am taking medication such as Zofran for the nausea and vomiting as well as Pepcid. I am still having constant diarrhea and feel nauseas at all times even while taking the Zofran. I went back to the original chipotle today to fill out and incident report. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
