I picked up a chicken bowl and quesadilla from Chipotle at 7pm. About 30minutes after I ate the started feeling bad and after an hour I had diarrhea. Its 12pm the next day and i still feel horrible and i couldnt sleep last night because of painful cramps. Now Im feeling chills and muscle pain all over my body. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战, 肌肉疼痛
