On 7/18, I ordered a chicken bowl from Chipotle in Eatontown, NJ. I ate the food around 3 pm and a few hours later I experienced nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever. I will be contacting Chipotle about the incident. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
