Felt violently ill after eating chipotle that I ordered on 28/04/26. Constant vomiting accompanied by fever and chills which then slowed down and turned into diarrhea and headache. Lost one day of work| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
