On Wednesday evening July 3, 2019 I went with my wife so she could order glasses. She had one hotdog I had two. I went to bed with nausea that night. Woke up at 2am, 4am, and 6am with gut-wrenching projectile vomiting and my discomfort was so severe I didn't realize that with the vomiting came diarrhea. I found that mess about 4 this afternoon July 4th. The diarrhea was so severe and involuntary that I dirtied the shower twice while trying to clean older excrement from myself. Got out of the shower and managed to hit the toilet with this explosion., It was at this point I realized that my wife had been seriously sick with Diarrhea and Nausea all day, herself. I had been too sick to be aware of hardly anything for 14 hours. Still sick. Both of us. May have been the condiments as the condiment bar was dirty and had run out of several choices indicating the bar had not been checked for some time, if at all. Also, the main guy behind the food counter is rude, and a very poor excuse for someone who will work with the public. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
