I ordered dinner Tuesday 4/7/2026 around 630 pm. I got four chicken tenders and a Jr. Single burger meal. By midnight I was throwing up nonstop with fever, chills, nausea, diarrhea, headache until 1pm the next day. I saw a doctor and was diagnosed with food born illness poisoning. I have been sick since with diarrhea and nausea making it almost impossible to eat and keep in liquids. Please take extreme caution with this Culvers location! | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
