- comments: ventilation in both washrooms not working. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: previous core violation not corrected from report # 2252669 dated 1/17/19, #51, 5-204. 12 backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine. Must install so backflow prevention device may be located to be serviced and maintained. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
