- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation on the interior upper panel of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine and maintain.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed a torn door gasket for 1 door cooler underneath the toaster oven at prep area. Management instructed to replace the torn door gasket.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirty floors with litter and debris underneath the 3-compartment sink and ice machine showed manager. Must clean floors in detail and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: instructed to remove dusts accumulations on ventilation covers showed manager and to maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show proof of training.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: found previous core violation #51 not corrected from report #2268625 dated: 02/27/2019: 51-back flow prevention device not located behind ice machine and coffee machines. Instructed to install so that it can be located to be serviced and maintained. May 27, 2019 priority foundation violation 7-42-090,citation issued.
