I had the chicken and gnocchi soup and caramel apple fratata. I had diahrea for 2 days straight and vomiting on the end of the second day. I puked little pieces of white. Tracing what I ate gnochi was the only thing I could think of with white chunks. My husband never got sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
