作为回应,SFA要求该公司对场所(包括设备和餐具)进行清洁和消毒,并处置所有即食和易腐食品。在恢复工作之前,所有食品处理人员都必须重新参加并通过第一级食品安全课程,食源性病原体检测呈阴性。在处所工作的指定食物卫生主任必须重新参加并通过食物安全课程第 3 级,然后才能恢复食物卫生主任的工作。

On 27Nov19. I and my friend ate raw fish sashimi at Sakuraya Parkway Parade basement unit and suffer slight fever (37.8 degree celcius), diarrhea, vomiting and nausea after consuming the food withjn 2 hrs till the next day 28Nov18. I self medicated myself by eating charcoal and panacetomol and my luckily my sytoms susided after 2 repeated medication. I wish to highlight that my friend also suffer similar level of fever, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea... The embrassing result is the djarrhea was so bad that we both experience shitting in the pant while taking a car journey while travelling inside a car or taxi as it was impossible to control our bowel. I hope NEA or AVA take immediate action as till date i neither receive any formal apology nor any form of expressed regret by the said company and all these while the lady Irene who replied to me just kept insisting nothing was wrong and not apologistic which make me and my friend very angry. Her service attitide was so bad that i have decided to suit the company if no action was taken against the company by NEA or AVA in due course and i believe more such cases will happen in the near future pertaining to food hygiene and food poisoning at its raw fish outlets in Singapore. What anger me most is she actually accused me of extoring her company using my reported incident as my friend overheard her conversation with her colleague pertaining to our complaint about our feedback to her via whatapps.
