5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: premises has no procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrhea events as required. Instructed manager to provide and maintain a procedure and supplies for responding to a vomit and/or diarreal event. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-005.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean the exterior of bulk storage containers to remove spills.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the outside grease container encrusted with grease on the lid and sides, possible food source. Instructed manager to detail clean and keep close to prevent pest possible issue. Priority foundation citation issue #7-38-020(b).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need cleaning along the wall base and in corners to remove debris.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: must detail clean the filters and hood above the cooking equipment to remove grease build up.

- comments: observed one of the food handler not in complaince with the idph food handler requirements. Instructed manager to comply.
