Had sausage roll and after eating went home and felt sick. Ended up bed bound for 4 days with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea never felt that way before. Only ate the roll from Gregg in the morning so I know for a fact that was it. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
