I ate at a Jersey Mike’s location in Cedar Falls, IA on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Within about 12–24 hours, I began experiencing symptoms including diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal cramping.The symptoms became severe enough that I required evaluation in the emergency department, including IV fluids for dehydration. As of today (Thursday, April 16), I am still experiencing ongoing gastrointestinal symptoms.
