Purchased an Italian night club on weds april 8th 2026. Became violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, chills. Car still smells like the sandwich a day later and am only able to keep water down. This sickness could have killed a child or elderly person. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛, 身体疼痛
