We ate chicken and burger steak After work, me and my domestic partner ate at the said branch after he picked me up from work at around 1230AM to 130AM on July 14th. I ordered 1pc chicken meal and his is supermeal A. I shared my chicken and ate his burger steak. As soon as we got home, i had chills. Then at around 6AM, I had to rush to the bathroom and had none stop vomiting and diarrhea til 5PM. I went to the hospital for 2 days and need to sign a waiver to go home because no one will attend to my child's needs. Then yesterday, July 17th, my domestic partner started to have none stop diarrhea. Our stools now are just water. We don't have money to spend for medication nor hospitalization. Where can we seek for help or assistance? | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 腹泻
