I ate the food for lunch at work. I ordered it from DoorDash. After eating it I experienced diarrhea and stomach pain. I did not have these symptoms before consuming the chicken gravy and the clear noodle dish with diced egg  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛

I ate the fried chicken with the gravy and start vomiting and have strong diarrhea yesterday and today. And start also having fever the whole day today. Felt terrible and hence want to warn folks about the gravy with potential food safety concerns.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 头痛

Thursday afternoon the chicken looked undercooked. I took two bites out of legs meat was pink and purple bone. Legs my son I gave the thighs they looked more white. I stopped when I saw how undercooked it looked but that night started the diarrhea and I still have it.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻

食用食物后不久，我的妹妹就出现了胃痛。我也经历了轻微的腹部不适，尽管我的症状还算可控。然而，我妹妹的症状持续存在。尽管今天早上3月25日她吃了平常的燕麦粥轻食早餐，但她仍然持续抱怨腹痛。今天下午，在下午1:00到5:55之间，她出现腹泻，需要更换四次尿布。
