Purchased 2 Activa probiotic yogurt drinks. Drank one that evening and woke up at 3am violently sick with explosive diarrhea, nausea, severe stomach cramps, cold sweats, I have never had diarrhea like this before i thought my insides were coming out! I was so scared it was giving me anxiety on top of everything else so my heart was racing and I was having a hard time catching my breath. It was horrible, my husband finally rushed in to help me before I passed out on toilet. After about 15 min I finally went back to bed and was up a few times after but nothing like that first time. Now its next day and still bad stomach, no appetite, still have diarrhea but nothing like 3am. Never again!!!!| 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 呼吸急促, 食欲不振
