Hi, thanks for your comment - but this is not entirely true. You CAN get sick from food that fast. If the contamination is chemical or physical, symptoms can start within minutes. If it is biological contamination it can start as fast as 30 minutes (e.g. staph). Other types of contamination can take longer, it all depends on what it was, but it can be fast!
