Ate Chicken Nuggets at McDonalds on Friday night. During the night my stomach starting cramping up and by early morning I had diarrhea and vomiting. Bloody diarrhea ensued all day and I ended up in the ER by nighttime. Diagnosis food poisoning. My stomach cramping was awful and so painful.
