I ate chicken nuggets and fries with fruitopia at around 3 pm. I was fine all day. Then at around 12 I got sharp stabbing pains in the bottom of my stomach. It travelled quickly to the top of my stomach and into my chest. It was very intense pain. If I touched my stomach it was tender. I soon started projectile vomiting for 30 minutes. I was shaking.
