Ate a McDouble at 3am on 12/30/16. I remember the sandwich tasting worse than usual. Woke up around 10am feeling nauseous with a lingering pain/discomfort in my stomach. Spent all of Christmas Eve vomiting with diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
