Around 4:30 PM on April 16th, 2016. Bought Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich from this location and noticed the taste was very potent. I've had this sandwich before and didn't think it was tasting right. Around 30 minutes after finishing the sandwich my stomach started feeling bad, like I had been kicked very hard in it. I kept having burping spells in which the taste consisted only of the sandwich. Around 10:00pm I was immobile, body aching, dehydrated and couldn't eat or drink anything, and around 11:00pm I involuntarily vomited the sandwich very forcefully. Currently still dehydrated, and nothing I drink is making me feel remotely hydrated. | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, Burping, 胆汁
