I went to McDonald's on my break from class around 7 pm. I purchased a double cheeseburger and a small fry. An hour later my stomach began to twist and turn and I was in pain. It hurt to move at all and even keep still. Began having watery diarrhea not even an hour after my stomach began hurting. Went to a restaurant with a few friends around 9, didn't eat anything just drank a glass of water. Around 9:30 I went to the restroom and had more diarrhea and I threw up for threw first time. Felt okay after that but then around 10:30, I threw up again and had more watery diarrhea. Had to leave my class because it was so bad. My friend picked me up and took me to his place. While in his truck, I threw up for the third time. About 30 minutes or so after the second time. Got to his place, went to lie down then threw up again, then again, then more diarrhea, then threw up again. Sleeping was such a struggle. My body was aching and muscles sore. Can't keep anything in my stomach because I just kept vomiting it up. Even water wouldn't stay in my stomach. First time having food poisoning and it's terrible. Won't be eating at this McDonald's again. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
