Ordered my 4 year old a 4 pc nugget happy meal around 5:30pm through the drive thru. When I got the order his nuggets were not in the bag, so my husband went in and they gave him the nuggets. Around 4 am he woke up puking many times. After he was done throwing up around 7:30 am he started having diarrhea. That lasted until 3:30, then he seemed fine. We suspect food poisioning because nobody else had nuggets and none of us were sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
