I ordered happy meap cheeseburger, and value pack(2big macs 20pc nuggets 2fries) I had one big mac and fries, my 2 year old had his happy meal eating half of his cheeseburger and all of the fries. My sister had the other big mac. Within 30-45 min after all 3 of us had a sudden casw of diarrhea and then throwing up. Its been about 4 hours and now i have mild fever and continue to vomit and loose stools as well as my son. We have Mcds about once every 2 weeks and have never experienced anything like this before... | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
